The whole machine is consists of
fan blower,motor engine,fuel bolier, steel pipe,cyclone and air lock
.In this system ,wet raw material is input into hopper by screw feeder .Then the large volum of hot air produced by the fuel furnace mixed with the wet powder in the steel pipe and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower.As t he material traverses along the steel pipe,it keeps the suspending state together with the fast mouved hot air and moisture envaporates and is rendered dry at the discharge end .humid air is continuously exhausted,thus the material is dried
